We are in-network with a number of major insurance providers across New York and Massachusetts. If we are in-network with your plan, your sessions may be covered in full or subject to a copay depending on your specific benefits. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to confirm your mental health benefits, deductible, and any out-of-pocket costs.

For clients whose insurance we do not accept, we offer competitive self-pay rates and are happy to provide a superbill an itemized receipt you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are surprised to find that their out-of-network benefits cover a significant portion of therapy costs.
